CJB Patented Design
The patented design features a unique bristle pattern and density combination that grips the skin in a precise way, targeting the superficial lymph vessels residing just under the skin. When combined with specialized techniques, it mimics the passive contractions of the lymph vessels to manually propel fluids and stimulate lymph flow.
The ergonomic contoured shape ensures proper contact with the surface of the skin and accurate alignment with the lymph nodes and lymphatic pathways.
Although they appear the same, the face and body brush bristles differ slightly to provide appropriate pressure from head to toe. The bristles are soft, but durable. They won’t scratch, irritate, or damage sensitive and fragile skin types.
Modern x Sustainable Approach
The Lymphatic Brush is part of a conscious consumer choice that focuses on a minimalistic approach to skincare that prioritizes our internal health. It supports the science of the skin and natural filtration system of our body to “clear the clutter,” and help your skin and body to work better for you.
The included Lymphatic Brush face and body tutorials unlock the mysteries of manually manipulating the lymphatic system with easy-to-follow, step-by-step stress-free routines.

The CJB Lymphatic Brush - Face
I got a sneak peek at these brushes from my Vodder educator during their development and I couldn't wait until they were released. A lot of you ask me about my personal ritual at home and the addition of this brush has become a staple of my morning ritual, always prioritizing movement in the tissues over application of product.
I've always found dry brushing to feel harsh on my skin, especially on my face. These bristles are so soft that even the most delicate of complexions can use them.
Lymphatic drainage improves all skin conditions and it's always my priority to focus on in studio sessions. There is a huge misconception in the beauty & wellness industry that most modalities will provide lymphatic drainage - they couldn't be more wrong and this comes from a lack of proper training and education on the professionals part who continue to promote this.
Modalites like Gua Sha, dry brushing, cupping and facial massage are all wonderful for the tissues but the intention and techniques are vastly different.
- Gua sha, dry brushing, cupping and facial massage techniques increase blood flow and fluid into the tissue.
- Lymphatic drainage decreases excess fluid in the tissue.
The stimulating effect of these other modalites on the circulatory system changes the pressure of blood flow which sends more fluid into the tissue space to be processed by the lymphatic system.
If you want to reduce puffiness and swelling, you need to focus on reducing and removing the fluid from the tissue.
Your lymphatic system keeps the fluid surrounding your cells pristine by “clearing the clutter”, allowing space for optimal nutrient delivery to reach the cell in a timely manner without obstruction.
The Lymphatic Brush is designed to directly and gently affect the lymph vessel system, which sits just under the surface of the skin; the light sweeping motion provided by the brush is not only super easy to use but also feels so calming on the face.
The CJB Lymphatic Brushes come with a full printed tutorial guide to easily follow in your at home ritual.
The brushes can be used a few times a week or every day - there is no such thing as too much lymphatic drainage. The brushes are best used over clean dry skin to enhance the "grip" they have on the skin and to keep the bristles clean and dry.
This is why I typically will use the brushes first thing in the morning before my product application.
