Our skin is one of the most complex and effective organs in the body. It is also our body's largest detox organ and what shows up on the outside is a direct reflection of what is going on within us. In looking to treat the concerns of compromised skin health and signs of aging, I look at the whole picture of wellness in order to come up with solutions. I work to address concerns using techniques that don't involve causing inflammation or trauma to the skin - a practice that I believe actually accelerates our aging in the long run. Using true non invasive techniques and ingredients that support our skin in the way it was designed to function is at the root of my practice.

I have always had a passion for good skin care. As an early adopter of wearing sunscreen 24/7, I have seen firsthand how protecting the skin has helped reduce the aging effects of oxidative stress. Through my own challenges with my health, I began to understand the connection between inner health and skin health. Frustrated with conventional esthetic treatments that left my skin red, inflamed or temporarily "fixed", I decided to research for methods that worked to support the skin as an organ in both non-inflammatory techniques and skincare ingredients that would benefit the skin at a cellular level.
Trained in techniques such as Sculptural Face Lift Buccal Massage, Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Gua Sha, Facial Cupping and Qi Beauty allows me to help restore the natural posture of the face by erasing years of accumulated tension, stress and stagnation from the face and neck. Without proper circulation of oxygen and nutrients, our skin cannot be expected to function properly - no flow no glow!* Coupled with Whole Plant Organic skincare, I am able to start the repair of our delicate lipid barrier.
